I only waited a few minutes before I was weighed and escorted to the exam room. In just a few minutes, Dr. Farahi came into the exam room. He always makes me feel like he sees me and I'm not part of an assembly line like some doctors do. I feel focused on and he is willing to spend time listening to and patiently addressing my concerns. HIs care for me is superior.

Refusal to treat without copayment is crazy when a commitment to pay in one week is made due to unexpected emergency medical treatment is sad. I now hope that your patients leave in mass .
No more appointments will be made unless I for sure have the copay available at the time appointment is made
